I was referred to Capelin Law and have been thankful ever since. Andrew and Sally were supportive, understanding and took me through the process of divorce with expert advice and keeping me informed at each stage. During which I was diagnosed with breast cancer as if a divorce is not enough to go through. Sally's admirable tenacity, knowledge and dedication brought about an amicable resolution staying out of the court system. Next step my own Will and Estate Planning - again I was provided with expert advice and that is now finalised.

Andrew and his team at Capelin law were quite unbelievable with their support firstly,  then the knowledge shown of my situation through and up until my divorce with the division assets, my will  and ultimately the divorce itself and keeping the proceedings out of the courts was also very helpful.
Andrew and his team kept things on a level so I could understand clearly each and every step taken. Not having any experience with the court system this was one aspect  I found to be most helpful.

Andrew helped us revise our wills, powers of attorney and so on.  As we were moving overseas, we needed a rather complex set of documents prepared quickly. He turned drafts around quickly and revised documents totally in order with our instructions.  He was efficient, personable and delivered in full what we requested.
